Segment, insert

A new segment is inserted. A segment with the same name can not be defined twice.

A segment is identified by its name, has a certain type and belongs to an axis.

Setting	Description
Name	Name of the segment Default:RM Modeler generates Segment names having "seg" at the beginning and a increasing number (seg1, seg2, ....).
Type	RM Bridge Modeler allows a definition of 5 types of segments:
Axis	Each main girder refer to a certain axis to position the segment points. These segment points are needed for the export of nodes and elements to RM.
